Kathi Forbes is the woman behind RKF. She is a fully certified Mat Pilates Instructor with the Physical Mind Institute, New York, and recently completed the certification course 'Fitness Pilates for the next Generation' (by Kelly Reed-Banks and Rachel Holmes) that enables her to offer specially designed Pilates classes for children aged 5 - 12 years.

She also holds the BarrePlus B+ certification that allows her to safely instruct clients in using the BarrePlus method, a fat-burning full body workout with muscle-shaping isometrics that combines elements of Ballet, Pilates and Aerobics.

 

While enjoying a number of different sports such as running, tennis, TRX and skiing, Pilates is what Kathi is truely passionte about and what she has been practicing for over 10 years now.

An active lifestyle has to be fueled, and the right diet is the number one influencer of a healthy and happy life. Kathi has always followed the principles of a wholesome, home-cooked, seasonal and balanced diet, and she is eager to share what it takes to eat well.

 

Gaining her Diploma in Nutrition, Health Food Trends, and Gastronomy from the prestigious culinary institute Le Cordon Bleu, London, allowed her to deepen and widen her knowledge about nutrition so that she is able to offer a wide range of high quality services.
