I’ve been wanting to try Pilates for years and eventually I did and I love it.
Kathi is a calm, positive and encouraging teacher, she will give you the confidence to push your body a bit more each week. I always feel rejuvenated after her class and ready to tackle the day (usually housework!!). Thank you Kathi.

I love Kathi's classes. I'd never done Pilates before and so wasn't sure what to expect or whether I'd be able to do it, but from the first class Kathi had created a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. She is really clear and encouraging, and I feel so much stronger and more supple as a result. I've also felt more energized to get going with other forms of exercise. I definitely recommend the classes a lot.

I've been going to Kathi's Friday morning class for a while now and it has quickly become my favourite part of the week,.  Kathi obviously takes a lot of time to ensure that the classes are varied from week to week which is great and makes it lots of fun, as well as challenging, in a good way! I can honestly say that I have become much stronger and fitter after joining Kathi's class and I can now do lots of exercises which I really struggled with when I first started. I was completely new to Pilates but Kathi is really attentive and takes time to make sure that the exercises are suitable for everyone and will suggest modifications to either make sure that you are protecting yourself from injury or, if you need it, give you a little push to challenge yourself when she thinks you can. The atmosphere in the class is really warm and welcoming (and the Rusthall facilities are great). I really look forward to an hour out of my week where I can leave all the stresses of the world outside and just let them go for a while.

Kathi is an exceptional Pilates teacher. She has a lovely nature, and a steely professionalism to see all her students do their very best, whatever their ability. Her classes always challenge us though she still manages to make them enjoyable. I always look forward to my weekly hour and highly recommend her. Try out her classes and you won't be disappointed. The results prove it!

Kathi is a remarkable pilates teacher, focused, observant and so knowledgable. Her classes are gently challenging, well planned and I never fail to feel safe with Kathi. ( I have a few old injuries ) I leave the class feeling motivated, confident and energised.
