Recipe
(makes 12-16)
100 g Pitted Dates
100 g Oats
2 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder
2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 TBSP Oil (Rapeseed or Olive, or Virgin Coconut for taste)
1-2 TBSP Turmeric Powder (depending on taste)
1 Orange (Zest and Juice)
1 TSPN Vanilla Essence
Mix Dates, Orange Juice and Vanilla in a Food Processor, then add remaining ingredients.
Once you have sticky dough, roll out small balls (about 2 cm diameter), put them in an airtight container, and let them set for a few hours in the fridge.
They keep up to 7 days in the fridge or can be frozen.
