Cacao

  • Highest antioxidant levels found in any food! | Protects from damage by free radicals, and serves as a fat burner

Tumeric

Recipe

(makes 12-16)

  • 100 g Pitted Dates

  • 100 g Oats

  • 2 TBSP Raw Cacao Powder

  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds

  • 1 TBSP Oil (Rapeseed or Olive, or Virgin Coconut for taste)

  • 1-2 TBSP Turmeric Powder (depending on taste)

  • 1 Orange (Zest and Juice)

  • 1 TSPN Vanilla Essence

Mix Dates, Orange Juice and Vanilla in a Food Processor, then add remaining ingredients.


Once you have sticky dough, roll out small balls (about 2 cm diameter), put them in an airtight container, and let them set for a few hours in the fridge.


They keep up to 7 days in the fridge or can be frozen.
